Terms of use

Who may hold an account
Accounts are for adults — coaches, parents, guardians and organisations. A player's profile is created and managed by one of those adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent, guardian or coach to set up your profile rather than registering yourself.
Creating a player profile
When you create a profile for a player who is not you, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that you have that person's permission. That includes permission to upload photos and video of the player. Do not create a profile for a child without it.
What you may upload
Footage and documents relating to the player's cricket: batting, bowling, keeping and fielding clips, an introduction, scorecards, certificates and testing results.
Do not upload:
- Footage of anyone who has not agreed to appear in it
- Anything sexual, violent, hateful or degrading
- Anything that identifies a child's home address or daily routine
- Material you do not have the right to share
Reporting and removal
Any signed-in person can report a clip or a profile from the page it appears on, or write to privacy@theallrounderza.com. We review reports and remove anything that breaks these terms. We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly does. If a guardian withdraws consent for a player, we remove that player's profile and media.
Who owns what
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people the app is designed to show it to — the player's linked coaches and guardians, and organisations the player belongs to. We do not license it to anyone else.
Sessions booked through the app
A booking is an arrangement between you and the coach. We publish the coach's availability and pass on the booking. We do not employ coaches, take payment for sessions, or vouch for them. Satisfy yourself about anyone you send a child to. Subscriptions to The All Rounder itself are separate, and are covered by our billing, cancellation and refund policy.
Availability
We do our best to keep the service running and the records intact, but we provide it as it is. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose — you can download your data from your profile page.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time from your profile page. Your personal details are removed. Records you created about other people — a player's innings, a report — stay with that player, since they form that player's record rather than yours.
Which law applies
South African law. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
