Billing, cancellation and refunds

Last updated 16 August 2026

What you are paying for

The All Rounder is a subscription to online software for cricket player development. There is nothing to ship: you are paying for access to the platform for as long as your subscription is active.

Parents and players. A player profile that holds their cricket record: innings and spells, batting and bowling figures, coach reports, and video of their batting, bowling and fielding. Registered organisations can find the profile and record their interest in the player.

Coaches. A squad of linked players, match performance logging, structured written reports, a public coaching page, and a booking calendar parents book sessions through.

Clubs, schools and franchises. A searchable board of every registered player, filterable by discipline, level, province and output, with the footage attached. Team and roster management, plus posts about camps, trials and fixtures that reach everyone following the organisation.

How billing works

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in South African Rand, to the card you provide. Prices are listed on our pricing page, shown before you confirm, and again on every receipt. Card payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card number.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and cancelling before it ends costs you nothing.

Sessions booked with a coach

Coaching sessions are arranged and paid for directly between you and the coach. We publish a coach's availability and pass on the booking. We do not take payment for sessions, so there is nothing for us to refund on one. Cancelling a session is a matter between you and the coach.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Email privacy@theallrounderza.com from the address on the account and we will action it.

Cancelling stops the next payment. Your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for, rather than being cut off on the day.

Cancelling does not delete anything. Your record stays as it is, and you can download all of it or close the account entirely from your profile page.

Refunds

Within seven days of your first payment. Tell us within seven days of the first time you are charged and we will refund that payment in full, for any reason. This is your cooling-off right under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Charged in error. A duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for an amount you did not agree to is refunded in full. Tell us and we will fix it.

Service failure. If the platform is unavailable for a prolonged period in a month you paid for, tell us and we will refund that month.

Part-months. Outside the situations above we do not refund part of a month, because your access runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Approved refunds go back to the card that was charged, usually within five to ten working days depending on your bank. We do not refund to a different card or account.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we will retry it and let you know. Your record stays visible to you throughout. If payment is still outstanding after we have tried and told you, the account moves to read-only rather than being deleted, and returns to normal as soon as payment goes through. A child's cricket record is not held hostage over a declined card.

How to reach us

Billing questions, cancellations and refund requests all go to privacy@theallrounderza.com. We aim to answer within two working days. If you are not satisfied you may take the matter up with the National Consumer Commission.
